On the nose comes a depth of aromas, summer fruits with cassis at the forefront, some rum and raisin and maybe a hint of chocolate. Behind this are fine layers of lifted flowers, nuances of a musk perfume that smells deep and rich. Structurally this is a powerful wine with an incredibly smooth texture and a wonderful mouthfeel that affirms the fine velvet tannins. The wine finishes with a great length and will be enjoyed for years to come.

Full dark deep cassis/plum, some tobacco, brooding depth. Dense, dry, slightly packed tannin; has it got the fruit to age with that structure. Very dry.

Oaky- bright ribenna fruit. Fresh and juicy.
