Cuvée Virginie is blended from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir and is crafted as a proud tribute to his daughter Virginie. Almost 4 years on lees has produced a Méthode Traditionelle displaying many dimensions. Well-rounded with good yeast autolysis, a hallmark style of owner Daniel Le Brun.
