The grapes were lightly whole bunch pressed & transferred to french oak barrels for fermentation. Slow, low temperature natural ferment followed by aging on lees in the French oak barriques for 9 months. Complete Malolactic fermentation & a minor protective amount of Sulfur Dioxide prior to bottling.

    Good med colour. interesting fruit lift, guava feijoa, tropical flavour rather simple and falls slightly short.
