The grapes were hand sorted in the vineyard, then fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 8 months, to produce an ‘old world’ style wine made with Kiwi flair. Kaho is the Maori word for ‘barrel’.

    Much better in context. Golden, barrel-fermented style. Creamy and quite forward – it’s more barrel fermented white than fume. Still, ok.
